For conference attendance, you will likely need a C-type Schengen visa, as Poland is part of the Schengen Area. The Schengen visa allows you to travel within the Schengen Zone for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-day period.

Processing Time

The processing time for a Schengen visa application varies, so it's advisable to apply well in advance of your planned travel dates. Processing time can range from a few days to several weeks.
