Rodrigo Moreno is Research Professor at Institute of Ceramics & Glass (Madrid, Spain). Coauthor of more than 400 papers, he has led and participated in more than 50 research projects and oriented 20 PhDs. He was in the board of the JECS Trust and is now Vice-President of SOCIEMAT and board member of FEMS. He is Senior Editor of the Journal of the European Ceramic Society and belongs to the board of other journals. He is Fellow of ECERS and ACERS, Honorary Member of SOCIEMAT, member of the World Academy of Ceramics, and has been awarded with the Best Career in Materials by SOCIEMAT and the JECS Trust Award.
